This artwork is an auspicious; not only is the subject the ancient spiritual flower, but it occurs here in red. The background is made from Suzan's colorful brushwork laying out layer upon layer of Iroha: the ancient poem about the fleeting nature of life. All together this makes for a powerful and deep art piece which is felt when it is seen. Very calming and centering.
