Shown above, this scroll also comes framed (see KI scroll Framed). It begins with the character KI (life spirit) at the top with a square word (English which looks like characters) poem by Suzan "Once she was a beauty, but no more" and ending with a line drawing of a skull with a narcissus growing out of the eye socket. It is Suzan's humor in a way that invites us to celebrate nature in all its forms even when it gets close to home. Positive and non creepy, it is the epitome of Far Eastern Art. It is mounted traditionally as a scroll on a silky fabric. Scrolls can be rolled up and put away. Unroll them and they are ready to hang.
The framed artworkl - see separate entry "Framed KI Skull" is also very nice and is for sale.
